Key welding points are made onto the metal parts to achieve a sturdy frame that can achieve optimized max load capacity. All metals are also treated to remove burrs and other defects that can cause injuries.
A PH test is conducted on the metal parts to ensure it is within the proper level for a phosphate film treatment. The test ensures the film provides the chair with a luxurious look and protection against corrosion.
Premium spray coating is applied to your products to give them specified colors. A quality inspection test is conducted to ensure the coating’s shedding is less than 2%, ensuring the coating is applied correctly to the furniture.
Our automated production line assembles all finished components into the finished products to shorten the lead time. Dedicated QC inspectors check all finished products to ensure there are no visible defects and they are working correctly.
